Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Description:
Greets clients and telephone callers, ascertains their needs, relays information, directs them to the proper resources, and provides administrative support for the Institute’s programs.
Responsibilities:
- Handles all incoming telephone calls, greets all visitors, and directs them to the appropriate resource
- Handles the registration and documentation of all immigration and refugee resettlement cases
- Assists with the collection of service fees
- Assists with maintaining and organizing all aspects of the office environment to ensure a professional image
- Assists with administrative support
- Performs other functions as delegated by the President of the Institute
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Customer service skills
- Ability to do multi-tasking
- Computer, data entry, and word processing skills
- Bilingual skills and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
