ARSS Outreach Coordinator
Email

I began volunteering with the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in October 2024 and officially joined the team as the Community Outreach Coordinator in February 2025. In May, I transitioned to the Afghan Refugee Support Services (ARSS) department, where I currently serve as the Public Outreach Coordinator. Outside of my work at the Institute, I also work part-time at an anti-violence nonprofit as the Assistant Program Manager for educational youth programs. I’m currently attending university to pursue my passion for international affairs, with the goal of continuing to support refugee communities.

Hobbies/Interesting Facts: I have two pet cats named Raggie and Tapi, and I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s camping, kayaking, fishing, riding bikes, or walking my dogs. I’m passionate about traveling and hope to visit at least one country on every continent someday. I’m also currently learning Spanish to expand my language skills and connect with more people around the world.
