Education

At the International Institute of Wisconsin, we provide a variety of educational programs designed to empower refugees and immigrants as they integrate into their new communities.

Our Classes include:

ELL (English) Classes:

Free Online and In-person English language learners’ classes to help individuals improve their language skills.
In-person classes are offered from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, Monday to Thursday. For online classes, scheduling is flexible and can be arranged as needed. Contact us for more information

Job Club:

A program focused on employment readiness, offering support in job searching, resume building, and Interview preparation.
The Job club is held every Friday from 10 Am to 12:30 Pm

Computer Lab:

Access to technology and training to enhance digital literacy.

Citizenship Class :

Free classes to prepare individuals for the U.S. citizenship test. Citizenship class schedules are available upon request.

Interpretation Training:

Professional training for interpreters, with a fee, but scholarships are available for those who speak refugee languages. Interpreters who work for IIW receive this training at no cost.

These programs are designed to help individuals build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their new environment.
