As an Administrative Assistant at the International Institute of Wisconsin, I serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional welcome while ensuring they are connected with the appropriate team members. I work closely with colleagues to support both client needs and overall office operations, helping our organization run smoothly and efficiently.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare and Justice & Sociology from Marquette University and bring strong cross-cultural communication skills, fluency in English and Swahili, and conversational proficiency in French. My experience working with diverse populations has strengthened my ability to build trust, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain clear, professional communication.
