Leeteng, also known as Lee, began a career with the International Institute of Wisconsin in September 2024 as an intern and officially joined the team in May 2025.

As a first-generation Hmong-American and the child of Hmong newcomers, Lee draws deep inspiration and motivation from the story and journey of his parents and other Hmong communities. This personal history fuels a strong commitment to serving communities that share similar stories and lived experiences, aligning closely with the mission and values of the organization.

Hobbies/Interesting Facts: When he is not at IIW he enjoys being with his loved ones, playing/watching sports, having cookouts and going on road trips.
